Termsof use and conditions of supply
How the website, price list requests, orders and deliveries work for restaurants, pizzerias, bars and other trade customers.

1. Who we are
This website belongs to Andreozzi S.R.L.S. (Andreozzi), based at , 81030 Gricignano di Aversa (CE), Italy, VAT no. 04287450615. We distribute dairy products, traditional pastries, savoury bakes and deli products: we do not make them, we select them from dairies and artisan bakeries.
2. Who we serve
The website and the conditions of supply are for trade customers with a VAT number: restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pastry shops, delis and caterers. We do not sell online to consumers.
3. Use of the website
The pages of this website describe the products we handle and the areas we deliver to. The online catalogue shows only part of them. Product photos are for illustration only: shape, size and packaging may vary from batch to batch and from supplier to supplier.
Texts, photos, graphics and logo belong to Andreozzi S.R.L.S. or to their respective owners: you may not copy or use them without our written permission.
4. Price list requests
When you fill in the price list request, or write to us on WhatsApp or by email, you are asking us for information and an offer. The request does not bind you or us: submitting the form concludes no contract and places no order.
5. Orders
An order is valid only after we confirm it by phone, WhatsApp or email, stating the products, quantities, prices and delivery date. Until we confirm, we may accept the order, propose an alternative or decline it, for example if a product is unavailable or your area is not on our delivery rounds.

6. Deliveries and areas
We deliver to the areas listed on the Where we deliver page, in refrigerated vans. We agree days and time slots with you when we confirm the order. If a delay is due to causes beyond our control (traffic, weather, road closures), we let you know as soon as we find out.
On delivery, the goods become your responsibility: store them at the temperatures shown on the label.
7. Checking the goods
Check the goods when you receive them and tell us straight away about any missing, damaged or non-conforming product, with a photo if you can. This does not affect the warranties provided for sales by the Italian Civil Code (Articles 1490 et seq.).
8. Products, ingredients and allergens
Ingredients, allergens and storage instructions are on the label of each product. We show them on the website when we have them. Before ordering, you can ask us for the technical data sheet: for pastries, savoury bakes and deli products we send it on request. Festive pastries and other seasonal products are available only in their season.
9. Liability
We take care over the information on the website, but it may contain errors or be out of date: for prices, sizes and availability, our order confirmation prevails. We are not liable for damage caused by using the products other than as indicated or by incorrect storage after delivery.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
Italian law applies. The courts of have jurisdiction over any disputes.
12. Changes
We may update these conditions: the date at the top shows the latest version. Orders already confirmed are governed by the conditions in force at the time of confirmation.
