Where we deliverfrom our warehouse to your venue
We prepare orders in our warehouse in Gricignano di Aversa (CE) and take them in refrigerated vans to restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pastry shops, delis and caterers in four regions. Here is what that means for your area.
We deliver with our own refrigerated vans in Lazio (Rome and its province), Abruzzo, Puglia (Foggia, BAT, Bari and Taranto) and Calabria. We don't ship abroad: if your restaurant or business is outside these areas, write to us and we'll look at your request together.
Lazio: Rome and province
In Rome and its province we deliver Monday to Saturday. We bring fior di latte for pizzerias and mozzarella di bufala in insulated boxes, plus pastries and savoury bakes if you add them to your order.
We do not currently serve the other provinces of Lazio (Latina, Frosinone, Rieti and Viterbo).
Abruzzo and Pescara
In Abruzzo we deliver Monday, Wednesday and Friday, in all four provinces: Pescara, Chieti, Teramo and L'Aquila.
With three deliveries a week, you order fresh mozzarella without stocking up for seven days.
Puglia: Foggia, BAT, Bari and Taranto
In Foggia and the BAT province (Barletta, Andria, Trani, Bisceglie and the other towns in the province) we deliver Monday to Saturday. In Bari and Taranto and their provinces, we deliver Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
We do not currently serve Lecce or Brindisi: if your venue is there, get in touch and we will look at it together. As well as Campanian dairy, we handle Apulian specialities: burrata, stracciatella and nodini.
Calabria
In Calabria we deliver to every province, from Cosenza to Reggio Calabria, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. A longer route means more care over the cold chain: the products travel in refrigerated vans, in boxes packed with ice.
Campania: our warehouse, but no deliveries
Our warehouse and office are in Gricignano di Aversa (CE). The products arrive here, and here we prepare the orders and load the refrigerated vans.
We do not deliver in Campania. If you run a venue in the region, write to us or call us to talk it over.

Delivery questions
Do you also deliver in Campania?
No. Our warehouse and the dairies we work with are in Campania, but our deliveries go to Rome, Abruzzo, Puglia and Calabria. If you run a venue in Campania, write to us or call us.
Which days do you deliver?
It depends on the province:
- Lazio (province of Rome): Monday to Saturday
- Abruzzo: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
- Puglia (provinces of Foggia and Barletta-Andria-Trani): Monday to Saturday
- Puglia (provinces of Bari and Taranto): Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
- Calabria: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
We do not serve Lecce or Brindisi: get in touch and we will look at your case.
How do the products arrive?
In refrigerated vans, in insulated boxes with ice. Your dairy stays cold all the way from the cheesemaker to your venue.
Can I order pastries and dairy together?
Yes: pastries, savoury bakes, taralli and porchetta travel with the dairy. Place one order and receive one delivery.
